Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using www.womenwellnessfirst.com (“Site”) and the services, features, content, or applications offered by PJ Women Wellness First LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively with the Site, the “Services”). Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PJ Women Wellness First regarding the use of the Services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
